SRE / DevOps (Platform Engineer) vacancy in Moscow. Salary 250-350k RUB. Full-time, office/hybrid/remote. Project: flexcard.cards. Responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring, and ensuring reliability.

Project: ***** Main tasks: - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / Jenkins) to automate build, test, and deployment. - Transition infrastructure to code (Terraform, Ansible), moving away from manual management. - Containerize applications (Docker) and implement orchestration (Kubernetes). - Participate in building monitoring and observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger), help define SLOs and implement SRE practices. - Ensure reliability and fault tolerance of critical components (MariaDB Galera, Redis, Kafka). - Analyze incidents, conduct post-mortems, work on improving stability. - Train one of the developers in your practices (increase Bus Factor).

Knowledge required for this job: - Linux administration experience (Debian/Ubuntu). - Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, experience automating everything that moves. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (not just 'seen', but actually deployed and maintained). - Knowledge of container orchestration systems, experience writing Dockerfile and manifests. - CI/CD experience (at least one tool). - Understanding of networks, databases (especially MySQL/Percona/MariaDB, cluster technologies), query optimization experience. - Ability to design a solution that is stable and scalable, not just works 'here and now'. - Focus on automation and continuous improvement. Will be a plus: - Experience in fintech or with highload projects. - Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ. - Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Yandex Cloud) or bare-metal. - Programming skills (Python, Bash) for writing automation tools.
