Specialist/Methodologist for Learning Systems Development (IT, cryptocurrency)

Bell Integrator is hiring a Specialist/Methodologist for learning systems development in IT and cryptocurrency. Full-time, hybrid or on-site in Moscow. 3-6 years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Development of training programs (distance courses, tests, simulators, etc.) and sales materials (scripts, objection handling, FAQ) - Creation and updating of materials in knowledge bases and training programs - Methodological support of AI assistants for employees and clients - Interaction with related departments on implementation and development of training - Support of program and product launches to the sales network

Requirements: - Experience as a methodologist for training programs from 3 years - Experience in methodological development of internal training, personnel certification, and increasing sales through communication and training from 2 years - Mandatory knowledge of cryptocurrency law - Desirable personal experience or knowledge of cryptocurrency usage specifics - Experience in supporting process and program launches - Good communication skills, desire and experience working in a cross-functional team
