Tasks: - Call users who left a support request, conduct video consultations via Yandex Telemost - Help with setting up and using smart devices with Alice AI - Diagnose problems during the call and select a solution, if necessary, help the user step by step to set up the device - Record the result of the consultation and information on the request after the call

We expect that you: - Speak and write competently, ready to communicate a lot by phone and video - Use computer and web programs without difficulty - Can work in a team, not afraid of complex tasks and large volumes of information - Calmly relate to monotonous work and quickly adapt to changes - Worked in technical support, call center or with similar products, technically savvy and interested in smart devices - will be a plus For work you will need: - Computer with Windows 10 or macOS version 13 and higher - Smartphone or tablet with Android 10 or iOS 15.0 and higher - Good wired headset - Stable internet connection with speed of at least 30 Mbit/s - Quiet workplace where no one will disturb you
