Specialist in Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel

INTEL LOGISTIC RUS, a freight forwarding and customs brokerage company, is looking for a specialist to support the entire employee journey from hiring to full integration and strengthen HR processes. Salary: 170,000 gross, Moscow (Kurskaya), office/hybrid after probation.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse vacancies - office, logistics, sales; 2. Actively search for candidates: hh, social networks, direct search, referrals; conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates together with managers; 3. Develop and manage the onboarding program for new employees for the first month of work; 4. Support the probation period, collect feedback from managers and newcomers; 5. Participate in the development of the company's HR brand (job descriptions, responses to applicants); 6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment funnel analytics; 7. Get involved in other HR projects - motivation, training, internal communications.

Salary: 170,000 gross, metro Kurskaya, work format - office/hybrid after probation period. Medical insurance (DMS).
