Head of Recruitment (Executive Search)

International company seeks Head of Recruitment (Executive Search) in Limassol, Cyprus. Develop and implement executive search strategy, manage recruitment, AI implementation, and team adaptation.

Responsibilities: developing and implementing executive search strategy; full recruitment management from profiling to candidate onboarding; reducing time-to-fill and improving hiring quality; developing search channels (headhunting, networking, professional communities); consulting business clients and building partnerships; monitoring hiring plans and timely closure of vacancies; tracking labor market and salary trends; forming analytical reports on recruitment KPIs; participating in AI implementation in recruitment processes; overseeing new employee adaptation.

5+ years in recruitment (experience closing managerial and expert positions required); ability to manage up to 15 searches simultaneously; fluent English; knowledge of tools: Boolean search, headhunting, networking, AI; ability to work with data and build recruitment metrics; high communication skills and ability to build trust with business; result orientation and stress resistance.

Salary + regular bonuses for KPI achievement; hybrid schedule: 4 days office / 1 day remote; comfortable office in Cyprus; opportunity to combine working from home and office.
