Outbound call specialist for AI business networking platform. Remote, flexible schedule. Pay per completed contact and set meetings.

TREND is an AI platform for business networking for business owners and executives. We are building a permanent outbound calling team: not one-time calls, but long-term work. Tasks: • Call a database of former clients and participants (later new databases, including cold); • Find out what the person is currently doing and what tasks they have; • If interested, schedule a meeting with the TREND team; • Record the result in the CRM. No phone selling needed — the task is in live conversation and scheduling meetings.

• Experience in outbound calls: call center, lead generation, SDR, telemarketing, or sales; • Confident speech and calm conversation with business owners; • Readiness for pace and rejections.

Income structure: • 80 RUB for each fully completed contact; • +300 RUB for a scheduled meeting; • +300 RUB for a held meeting; • +400 RUB if the client turned out to be a target; • Bonus to the leader of the week by number of calls. Example day: ~120 calls → 40 completed contacts and 5 scheduled meetings ≈ 6500 RUB. Conditions: • Remote, flexible schedule: work as many days per week as convenient, income for completed work; • Training and support at the start. Selection: short call → 15-minute interview → trial call.
