Specialist in engaging with audiences on Instagram

Remote part-time role with a Moscow medical clinic network, responding to health-related questions on Instagram comments.

We are a network of medical clinics in Moscow. We are looking for a person to help us be useful where people seek health answers, i.e., on Instagram. Responsibilities: find popular videos and discussions on health topics with questions or issues; write lively, humane replies in comments, advising how to address the problem and which specialist to see, and if necessary, mention our doctors; manage comments on behalf of the brand and from your own work account; maintain a tone that avoids templates, pressure, and disrespect.

Ability to write in simple, warm, and vivid language; interest in medicine and readiness to understand issues across various fields (medical education not required); SMM experience is a plus but not required; awareness of where helpful advice ends and doctor-only recommendations begin.

Remote work, about 1 hour per day. Fixed monthly payment for agreed volume. AI may be used for drafting replies, but you must review the final text. Direct collaboration with a manager in a small, friendly team within a larger organization.
