SMM specialist with automotive experience needed for content creation, performance marketing, and analytics. Remote work with periodic office visits in Moscow. Salary: fixed + KPI.

Responsibilities: 1. Content production and SMM (Reels, Shorts, VK Clips, expert and sales videos) 2. Performance marketing (VK Ads, Yandex) 3. Analytics and effectiveness (CPL, CAC, CPA, ROMI, and conversion analysis) 4. Marketing development

- Experience in the automotive field - Practical experience with performance advertising is a plus - Experience using AI tools in marketing

- Remote work with periodic office visits for content filming - Schedule: 5/2, 09:00-18:00 - Employment under Russian Labor Code or other convenient options - Work with interesting automotive products and premium cars - Multiple business directions for implementing own ideas - Access to cars, employees, and work processes for content creation - Opportunity to engage specialized contractors within an agreed budget - Direct communication with management - Salary: fixed part + KPI based on agreed results
