SMM Specialist with Copywriting Skills

NDS365 seeks an initiative SMM specialist with copywriting skills for remote work. Salary up to 100,000 RUB/month.

We are an accounting company working with entrepreneurs in taxes, accounting, and business security. We are actively developing social networks and need a specialist to create content, attract audience, and increase inquiries. Responsibilities: - Create visuals, cards, covers, and creatives in Figma or Canva. - Edit short videos in CapCut. - Adapt expert texts for different platforms, edit and package them into interesting formats. - Write small publications when necessary. - Track trends and suggest ideas for videos and posts. - Develop promotion mechanics, organize seeding, contests, and collaborations. - Find ways to increase reach, views, and followers. - Analyze results based on incoming inquiries, social media stats, and UTM marking. You will work directly with me as an expert, receiving materials and ideas, and also interact with the marketing department head.

We need an initiative specialist who can work with both text and visuals, understands promotion mechanics, and proposes ideas independently. You should have good writing skills, ability to package ideas, and interest in results.

Remote work. Flexible schedule, but must be available from 9:00 to 18:00. Salary: 15,000 RUB per month. KPI bonus: up to 15,000 RUB per month. Additionally: 3% from sales via social networks. Total possible income: up to 100,000 RUB per month.
