Specialist in Contract Work (Lawyer)

Company 'FRC' seeks a contract lawyer in Moscow. Salary: 90,000 RUB net, office in Moscow-City.

Responsibilities: preparing contract drafts, protocols of disagreements, agreements, applications, annexes, reports for contracts in supply, services, agency, and contracting; updating standard contract forms and additional agreements; analyzing incoming contracts for legal compliance and risk identification; tracking contract approval and signing status; maintaining and controlling reporting documentation under contracts; maintaining contract registry; correspondence with counterparties on contract matters; liaising with financial and legal departments.

Relevant experience in contract work or law (from 1 year) is an advantage; excellent verbal and written communication; higher legal education; knowledge and confident application of contract law, general civil law, corporate law; readiness for multitasking.

Stable fixed income (90,000 RUB net, with future raises/bonuses); office in the center of Moscow (Moscow-City); work schedule by agreement (10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00); equipped kitchen; possible business trips.
