Law firm LECAP is seeking a lawyer with 1+ years of experience in capital markets, securities, or corporate law, to handle complex transactions and develop legal tech.

Responsibilities: - Comprehensive support of complex transactions in capital markets, including IPO, SPO, securitizations, issuance of structured bonds, redomiciliations, debt restructurings, large-scale corporate restructurings, etc. - Preparation of legal research, publications, and marketing materials, participation in client communications. - Assistance in developing the legal tech direction of the LECAP ecosystem.

Requirements: - Master's degree from leading universities. - Experience from 1 year in capital markets, securities, or corporate law.
