Lawyer

Winmed is looking for a lawyer in Moscow. Salary 160,000-180,000 RUB, office in city center, 5/2 schedule.

Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and approve contracts (supply, services, agency, distribution, etc.); - Analyze contract terms, identify legal and commercial risks, participate in negotiations with counterparties; - Control contract approval, signing, and execution, maintain contract register; - Prepare claims and responses, participate in pre-trial dispute resolution; - Advise sales, procurement, logistics, and marketing departments on legal matters; - Ensure contract documentation complies with Russian legislation.

Higher legal education; - At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer in a commercial company or law firm; - Practical experience in contract work and solid knowledge of the Russian Civil Code; - Knowledge of personal data and advertising legislation; - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, negotiation skills; - Ability to balance legal risks and business objectives; - Preferably English at B2 level or higher; - Experience in related industries.
