Specialist-Expert in Antimonopoly Control Department

Moscow FAS Office seeks a specialist-expert for antimonopoly control. Responsibilities include reviewing complaints, market analysis, and administrative cases. Salary 70-80k RUB/month.

Reviewing appeals and statements from legal entities and individuals about violations of antimonopoly legislation by monopolists and authorities; conducting analysis of commodity markets; preparing and conducting cases on administrative offenses; possibility to participate in courts; participation in commissions on cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation.

Higher legal education (law, economics); knowledge of the Law 'On Protection of Competition', 'On Natural Monopolies', sectoral legislation in the fields of electric power, heat, water, gas supply, Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation; ability to work with legal reference systems, analyze judicial and law enforcement practice; proficient Russian language, efficiency, communication skills, readiness to interact with business representatives and citizens.
