Advisor at the Bankruptcy Regulation Department

Ministry of Economic Development of Russia seeks an Advisor for the Bankruptcy Regulation Department. Responsibilities include drafting federal laws, analyzing bankruptcy practices, and responding to inquiries. Salary: 100K after taxes.

Development of concepts and drafting of federal laws, government resolutions and orders in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy); support of draft acts at all stages of approval and review, processing comments and proposals, drafting protocols of disagreements; analysis of statistical data and judicial practice in insolvency, preparation of analytical materials; responses to requests from citizens and legal entities on bankruptcy topics.

Higher legal education; experience as a lawyer in bankruptcy, assistant arbitration manager, or assistant judge (arbitration) is welcome; knowledge of Federal Laws 127-FZ and 229-FZ; knowledge of legal systems, ability to use arbitration case files, EFSRSB, SPARK; understanding of bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals, out-of-court bankruptcy, key legal positions of higher courts; excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, argumentation; responsibility, attentiveness, desire for professional growth; experience in law-making is an advantage; readiness to obtain clearance for state secrets.
