SMM Specialist / Content Maker

SMM specialist needed in Moscow for auto-portrait studio SMOLA. Salary 50,000–65,000 ₽. Responsibilities include growing social accounts, creating content, and working with influencers.

Responsibilities: - Drive account growth: main metric — steady increase in high-quality, targeted followers; - Manage studio accounts on Instagram, VKontakte, and Telegram; - Develop creative content plans for our social networks; - Create, edit, and publish engaging static and video content; - Revive engagement: analyze which content makes people react, repost, and save, and which goes unnoticed; - Test hypotheses: launch new engagement mechanics, analyze numbers, and scale what works; - Work with bloggers and influencers: find relevant opinion leaders, negotiate invites and barters; - Follow the brand's promotion strategy, improve it, identify new opportunities and approaches; - Communicate with subscribers, creating an atmosphere of comfort, trust, and acceptance in the community.

- SMM experience from 3 years; - You literally live in the feed of Instagram and TikTok Reels, maintain a base of viral video hooks, trending sounds, formats for attracting and engaging audiences; - Ability to create original content that grabs attention from the first seconds; - Mandatory skill of confident work with graphic and video editors; - Analytical approach: ability to evaluate publication statistics and test new ideas based on data; - Completed training (or in the process of training) in SMM / marketing / reels making and a sincere desire to develop in this field.

Approximate salary level: 50,000 – 65,000 ₽ Working conditions: - Hybrid format: remote work with visits to the studio for content shooting 1–2 times a week; - Free access to the studio during free slots: opportunity to shoot for yourself, create, and realize yourself as an author.
