SMM Specialist / Content Maker

Remote SMM & content creator for two business projects (Melnikov Group and DEAL). Flexible part-time role creating Reels, Stories, and managing Instagram and Telegram.

We are looking for an SMM specialist / content maker for two business projects. Need a person with good taste, erudition, and the ability to turn ideas, real events, and expert thoughts into content that people want to watch, read, and discuss. We have two projects: Melnikov Group — entrepreneurship, personal brand, consulting, business scaling, franchising, and AI. DEAL — an ecosystem for conscious business choice and franchise verification. We develop expert content, Reels, carousels, and mini-series. What you will do: • Create and edit engaging Reels. • Design Stories, carousels, covers, and posts. • Build storytelling from videos, photos, and expert materials. • Manage Instagram and Telegram of both projects. • Propose ideas, improve presentation, and analyze results. Expert material, ideas, and scripts are provided. But we are looking for not just an executor, but a thinking person who can suggest how to make it more interesting and stronger.
