SMM Content Maker

SMM Content Maker at Center for Curative Pedagogics 'Special Childhood', Moscow, remote with office visits. Create content plans, write engaging posts, produce visuals.

Responsibilities: - Develop content plans for social media: study audience interests, what works and what doesn't, and align with PR goals. - Gather material for posts: work with open sources, get comments and interviews from staff, parents, volunteers. - Write in simple language so that a follower immediately understands why to read it on an ordinary Tuesday. - Select and create visuals: shoot and process photos, create cards, shoot and edit short videos (not often). - Try to befriend algorithms and reach. - Find cool SMM partners for joint posts and seeding, and write partner posts to reach new audiences.

Requirements: - Experience with such tasks (at least some) is important. - Desire to grow professionally.

Conditions: - Flexible schedule: work at your own pace, meet agreed deadlines, quickly process edits and be in touch during the day. - Remote work with occasional office visits (m. Konkovo) or events for photo/video shoots, comments, and immersion in the Center's work. Initially, office visits will be more frequent, then we'll discuss. - Salary discussed personally.
