SMM Agency "I AM Agency" is looking for an SMM Specialist / Account Manager to develop strategies, create content, and manage projects. Remote, full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 60,000 to 150,000, with potential for 100,000+ on a fixed salary. Requires SMM experience, creativity, and AI tool proficiency.

What you will do: — If you are a versatile specialist, you will handle full project management, including layout. — If you are an account manager (everything except content layout): — develop and articulate meanings and concepts for projects; — prepare commercial proposals; — come up with ideas for content and special projects; — write posts, reels, and stories; — structure content plans according to technical specifications.

Who we are looking for: — SMM work experience; — ability to formulate thoughts clearly, structurally, and interestingly; — deep insight: understanding of trends, branding, tone of voice; — creativity and ability to generate ideas for various niches; — skill in using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney) as tools to accelerate processes; — responsibility, adherence to deadlines, attention to detail. Full-time internal faculty students are not considered. Applications without work samples will not be considered. There will be a test assignment.

Conditions: — work: remote, full-time. — payment for SMM (versatile specialist): on average from 22 to 27 thousand per project; — payment for account manager: on average from 12 to 15 thousand per project; — total workload - from 60 to 150 thousand per month; — project volume is small: — about 15 content units per month (posts/carousels/reels); — up to 60 stories per month; — you can stably manage 5+ projects. If you work well together, we are ready to consider a salary from 100k+.
