Glow Agency is an international SMM agency working with companies in Georgia and Europe. We are currently looking for a motivated and modern specialist who doesn't just 'manage social media' but analyzes, generates ideas, works with trends, and focuses on results. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing business accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. • Analyzing competitors and target audiences, metrics, engagement, and growth. • Creating creative and strategic content plans. • Finding current trends, ideas, and format solutions. • Writing storytelling posts and stories. • Editing Reels / Shorts / TikTok. • Preparing reports on content effectiveness.

• 2+ years of SMM experience. • Skills in editing Reels / TikTok, knowledge of CapCut. • Understanding of visual trends, promotion mechanics, and funnels. • Proficiency in AI for SMM tools. • Responsibility, meeting deadlines, ability to work in a team. • English B1+. • A test task is a mandatory requirement.
