SMM Specialist

WebGears is looking for an SMM specialist to manage and grow social media for tech products and proxy services.

We develop tech products and proxy services, and we need an SMM specialist to take over the strategy and growth of our social media (Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram). Responsibilities: develop and manage social media; do outstanding Reddit marketing (research subreddits, engage community, organically promote brand); manage LinkedIn (B2B content, expert posts, audience growth); grow and manage Telegram channels and Meta campaigns; follow proxy industry trends and technical discussions; analyze metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and continuously improve strategy.

Experience in SMM, especially in proxy industry, SaaS, or IT. Understanding of residential, mobile, ISP, and datacenter proxies (or ability to quickly understand a technical product). Proven experience promoting on Reddit and LinkedIn for B2B/tech audiences. Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory). Ability to work independently and see measurable results. A plus: experience with proxy providers, web scraping, anti-detect browsers, or cybersecurity; B2B lead generation via social media and working with tech influencers.
