SMM Specialist

Looking for an SMM specialist for a culinary media expert's project. Salary 35-70k RUB + KPI, full-time.

Participation in content planning meetings (expert, producer, team); Creating and publishing content: Instagram, Telegram, YouTube + crossposting (TikTok, VK, MAX); Setting and controlling tasks for the team (copywriter, editors, tech specialist); Market analysis, collecting best ideas and trends; Tracking analytics.

Experience as SMM/scenarist/content manager in infobusiness; Experience managing a team; Understanding of marketing: warm-ups, funnels, sales, analytics; Understanding of social media specifics and content formats; Time zone not higher than +2 MSK.

Salary: fixed + KPI (from 35 to 70 thousand depending on results); KPI discussed monthly based on project strategy; In the future, possibility to take more project directions with increased salary.
