SMM Manager (Binary Options/Forex)

Remote SMM Manager for Traffic Light/ТЛ Груп, a CPA company. Salary 50,000–130,000 RUB. Schedule 5/2, 10:00–20:00 MSK. Requires experience in iGaming, Trading, or Binary Options.

Company Traffic Light CPA is a stable company operating since 2014, with various projects in arbitration, ~800 employees, and offices in 6 countries. Responsibilities: - Manage and develop project channels in social networks. - Develop and implement SMM strategy to increase Sub2Lead conversion. - Generate creative ideas and new mechanics to attract and retain audience. - Develop content plans and organize regular content output. - Analyze channel metrics and content effectiveness. - Test new formats, hypotheses, and approaches to increase conversion. - Monitor trends in SMM, iGaming, Trading, and Binary Options and adapt them to company projects.

Experience in SMM in iGaming, Trading, or Binary Options. Experience managing Telegram and other social networks. Deep understanding of financial markets, binary options, Forex. Ability to independently generate creative ideas and find growth points. Understanding of key SMM metrics and funnel: reach, engagement, CTR, CR, Sub2Lead, etc. Analytical mindset and result orientation. Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets for reports and dashboards. Experience with SMM planners (SMMplanner, MyPost, and similar). Knowledge of analytics tools (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Pixel).

Remote work format. Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time), flexible tasks. Income level: from $500 to $1500 depending on experience and results.
