Commercial Marketing Manager / Growth Lead (Forex / iGaming / Crypto)

Senior Marketing Manager / Growth Lead for an international financial company (Forex & CFD broker). Focus on user acquisition in Russia and CIS.

We are opening a search for a Senior Marketing Manager / Growth Lead for an international financial company (Forex & CFD broker). The company is looking for a specialist with 'fresh' experience in attracting users from Russia and the CIS over the past 1–2 years. Ideally a candidate from Forex, iGaming (Gambling/Betting) or Crypto who knows how to work with non-trivial and unconventional traffic channels. Main tasks: • Attraction and Growth: launch and optimization of performance campaigns for the RF and CIS market using alternative and Guerilla channels (Telegram ecosystems, influencers, CPA networks, affiliates, programmatic). • Conversion optimization (CRO): full responsibility for the funnel — from click to deposit, A/B tests, landing page optimization and reducing CPA/CAC. • Analytics: monitoring LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion and close work with BD and Sales teams.

• Experience in attracting leads/clients to the RF/CIS market in the last 1–2 years (required). • Background in Forex/CFD, iGaming, Betting or Crypto. • Ability to work with non-traditional traffic sources and gray/complex niches. • Conversational English + native Russian.

• Income: $5,000 – $10,000 / month (depends on experience and location). • Work in a strong international team on a strategically important region + bonus.
