SMM Manager position at JKeratin, a Russian professional hair cosmetics brand. Develop and implement SMM strategy across social platforms. Salary from 85,000 RUB.

Develop and implement the brand's SMM strategy. Grow key platforms: Instagram, VK, Telegram, TikTok, Pinterest. Build content strategy for each platform: headings, formats, visual concept, Tone of Voice. Develop and manage content plan, control posting regularity. Maintain a unified visual style and brand communication across all social networks.

Experience in SMM for 2–3 years, preferably with beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands. Experience in independently managing SMM projects: from strategy development to implementation and result analysis. Understanding of algorithms, specifics, and current formats of Instagram, VK, Telegram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Developed sense of style, visual awareness, and understanding of modern visual trends. Strong copywriting skills: ability to write correctly, engagingly, and in line with the brand's Tone of Voice. Skills in creating Stories, shooting, and basic editing of short videos. Experience in setting tasks for designers and content makers, ability to organize workflows.

Official employment. Shortened day on Fridays. Payment twice a month. Salary from 85,000 RUB.
