SMM Lead
SMM Lead position at Modny Gorod, a fashion brand focused on sustainability. Remote work. Responsibilities include developing and implementing SMM strategy, managing content, launching and optimizing social media channels, and leading a team. Requires 3+ years of SMM experience, team management, and a strong portfolio.

• 3+ years of SMM experience, including team management. • Experience in developing strategies, content plans, and content calendars. • Understanding of content shooting: what to shoot, how it should look, and why it works. • Ability to set technical specifications for shooting (references, scenarios, format, presentation). • Experience with video formats (Reels, TikTok) at the level of task setting and result control. • Experience with visuals: ability to provide edits and control quality. • Skills in using editors and montage software (Canva, CapCut, Figma, etc.). • Confident work with analytics. • Portfolio with case studies: examples of content, implemented strategies, and achieved results (growth, reach, conversions). • Experience working with a remote team. • Willingness for regular business trips. Will be an advantage: • Positive mindset and communication style. • Experience in the Fashion segment (multi-brand clothing retail). • Experience with MAX (or willingness to quickly learn). • Punctual and responsible. • Respect for self, brand, colleagues, and customers. • Belief in our values.
