We are looking for a Head of SMM to manage the SMM department and team within a trading project. Experience managing an SMM team and relevant niche experience are mandatory. Salary is $2000 + bonuses.

We are not a median company, but we have been on the market for over 3 years. We have our own full-cycle production and a team of 40+ people. We are building a systematic trading project with strong content, product, and community. Responsibilities: Managing a team of 5 SMM specialists Quality control of content (Twitter / Discord / Whop) Building and developing a content strategy Daily coordination and task distribution Control of texts and content output Monitoring account growth and key metrics (reach, ER, audience growth) Systematic reporting on team results Collecting and analyzing feedback on content and processes Optimizing processes within the SMM department Collaboration with production and trading teams

Experience managing an SMM team Relevant experience in Twitter / crypto / trading / finance SMM Understanding of Twitter (X) growth mechanics Ability to build processes and control quality Strong management and communication skills Working with metrics and analytics Responsibility for team results Important: we are only considering candidates with experience managing SMM teams and relevant niche experience.
