SMM Specialist needed for an SMM agency, focusing on real estate projects. Remote work. Responsibilities include content planning, promotion strategy, content creation, and analytics. Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 RUB per project.

The agency is looking for an SMM Specialist to cover current projects. The primary specialization is real estate, so experience in this niche will be a significant advantage. The work format is remote. It's possible to work on one or multiple projects, depending on your workload, experience, and level of responsibility. Main tasks: Depending on the project, the scope of responsibilities may vary, but in general, it's important to be able to: - Develop a content plan for project goals; - Conceive a promotion strategy; - Analyze the niche, competitors, and target audience; - Write scripts for Reels/Shorts/clips; - Edit Reels of varying complexity; - Design posts, carousels, and stories; - Write texts for posts; - Create stories and build storytelling through them; - Design lead magnets/simple funnel materials; - Publish content according to schedule; - Adapt and duplicate content for different platforms: Instagram, Telegram, VK, Threads, YouTube Shorts; - Search for bloggers, influencers, news groups, and platforms for advertising purchases; - Track reach, reactions, saves, clicks, leads, and draw conclusions about the content.

The ideal candidate: - Understands Instagram, Telegram, VK, Threads, and the basic algorithms of these platforms; - Knows how to work with Reels: hook, structure, retention, editing, CTA; - Can write grammatically correct and concise texts; - Understands how personal brands/expert blogs/commercial accounts work; - Can independently propose ideas, not wait for constant instructions; - Can work within deadlines. Will be an advantage: - Experience working with the real estate niche; - Experience promoting experts, realtors, real estate agencies, developers; - Understanding of funnels: Reels → comment/Direct → lead magnet → application; - Ability to write sales-oriented and engaging scripts.
