SMM Creator

SMM Creator for Parisian Flat, a cultural space in Limassol. Remote, flexible schedule, salary 30,000-60,000 RUB.

We are looking for a person to help turn the Instagram and Telegram of Parisian Flat into lively, aesthetic, and recognizable media channels. Parisian Flat is a cultural space in Limassol combining French culture, gastronomy, education, and intimate events: coffee shop and breakfasts, French language, lectures, film screenings, masterclasses, salon evenings, private and corporate events. Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram and Telegram; - Create and maintain a content plan; - Create posts, Reels, Stories, and other formats; - Write and edit texts; - Create creatives and layouts in Figma; - Maintain visual integrity of the account; - Come up with new sections and formats; - Participate in developing and organizing 1-2 creative shoots per month; - Turn filmed material into content for several weeks.

It is important that the specialist understands the basics of marketing: content should work for brand recognition, engagement, warming up, and sales, but not turn Parisian Flat into an endless poster. It is important to understand the connection (content, audience, advertising, transition, conversion) and be able to answer questions: why this content is published, for whom, what meaning or product it supports, and what a person should feel after getting to know Parisian Flat. We are looking for a person with good developed visual taste and own initiative. We are close to content that looks: aesthetic, intellectual, lively, and non-trivial. We are not looking for template SMM and copying trends. Will be a big plus: - experience with lifestyle / cultural / hospitality / fashion / beauty; - good Figma; - understanding of Reels and modern video presentation; - ability to independently shoot and edit; - exposure to international brands; - understanding of targeted advertising and funnels; - English; - being in Cyprus.

Approximate salary level: 30,000 – 60,000 RUB Work conditions: 5/2 (be in touch), possibility of remote format. Flexible conditions, discussed individually.
