SMM Manager / Content Creator

Premium aesthetic medicine clinic seeks SMM Manager/Content Creator for daily stories and reels, on-site only.

Shoot, edit and publish daily trending Stories (10-15 videos per day) and Reels; Generate ideas for engaging content considering medical specifics and current trends; Immerse in daily clinic work: accompany plastic surgeons, record consultations, examinations, dressings, discharges and surgical processes; Communicate with doctors, patients and administrative staff; Do basic color correction and processing of photo/video materials; Manage and fill clinic accounts on Instagram and Telegram; Create and follow content plans for stories.

Confirmed experience in mobile video shooting and editing short videos (portfolio required in resume); Proficient with mobile editors (CapCut, InShot, Videoleap, etc.); Proper Russian speech, developed communication skills and tact when working with patients and doctors; Charisma, positive thinking, stress resistance and creative approach; Willingness to work on-site at the clinic (remote format is not considered).
