Site Reliability Engineer

SRE role with salary 250,000–350,000 RUB, remote or hybrid (office in Moscow). Focus on reliability tooling, incident response, observability, and automating routine tasks.

Develop tools to improve reliability (auto-recovery, redundancy); participate in incident investigations and conduct postmortems; improve observability (distributed tracing, logs, metrics); design fault-tolerant architecture (Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout); automate routine tasks (scripts, CI/CD, IaC).

2+ years of experience as DevOps/SRE; deep Linux knowledge; Go/Python/Java (Go preferred); Kubernetes and Docker in production; Prometheus + Grafana, ELK/Splunk/Graylog; CI/CD, Git, understanding of networks and protocols. Will be a plus: experience with Istio/Linkerd, knowledge of PostgreSQL/ClickHouse, open-source contributions, CKA/AWS certifications.
