Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

SRE/DevOps role in Belgrade, Serbia, for a product IT company working on high-load projects. Relocation support and competitive salary offered.

Working with performance, reliability, and stability of services, developing observability, and optimizing content delivery. Responsibilities: - Optimize content delivery from CDN to end user. - Work with DDoS protection, load balancing, and network infrastructure. - Find and fix performance bottlenecks in applications, proxies, CDN, and caches. - Improve service reliability, reduce MTTR, participate in RCA. - Develop monitoring and observability tools: metrics, logs, traces, alerts. - Automate deployment, rollback, and testing processes. - Analyze traffic in real-time and detect anomalies.

Experience: 2-3+ years as SRE/DevOps/Performance Engineer. - Understanding of HTTP, TLS, DNS, TCP/IP, CDN, and caching mechanisms. - Experience with CDN (Cloudflare, G-Core), WAF, DDoS Protection. - Knowledge of NGINX, HAProxy, L4/L7 routing. - Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm. - Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ClickHouse, OpenTelemetry. - Automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go. - Ability to analyze complex production incidents and find root causes.
