DevSecOps Engineer

Join our DevOps team in Limassol, Cyprus, as our first DevSecOps Engineer. Build infrastructure security foundations with strong Linux, Ansible, and Terraform skills.

What you’ll work on: - Building and improving identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access. - Strengthening Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management. - Integrating security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines. - Improving infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices. - Helping define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access.

Who we’re looking for: - 5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration. - Strong Linux skills. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform. - Solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management. - Ownership, clear communication, and a practical approach to security. - English proficiency is mandatory. Russian language skills are a plus.
