— Conduct mass and targeted recruitment across the chain.— Fill vacancies for administrators, cashiers, waiters, confectioners, and other linear staff.— Handle a large number of vacancies simultaneously.— Independently use various search channels: job sites, social networks, Telegram, professional communities, candidate databases, and direct search.— Accompany candidates from first contact to onboarding.— Quickly respond to urgent business needs and ensure the required candidate flow.

— Higher education; preferably in psychology, management, or law.— At least 3 years of recruitment experience.— Experience in a similar field or company is a big plus.— At least 3 years of practical experience using various search channels.— Ability to work at a high pace and manage a large volume of vacancies simultaneously.— Independence, responsibility, initiative, and result orientation.— Experience in HoReCa, retail, food chains, or companies with mass linear recruitment is especially interesting.
