Senior Python / AI Developer

Sance.AI seeks a Senior Python/AI Developer with 4+ years of commercial experience to develop an AI sales and support automation platform, including client implementations. Remote work.

Sance.AI builds a platform for AI automation of sales and customer support for enterprise clients, integrating with CRM and other client systems, building AI agents. We are winners of Yandex AI Startup Lab and Conversation AI. Responsibilities: - Platform development: work on functionality, stability, and performance; develop AI features such as LLM-based scenarios, tool calling, RAG, context management, caching, and other mechanics; troubleshoot complex production incidents, addressing both symptoms and root causes. - Client implementations: turn client requests into a launch roadmap; design the architecture for integrating Sance.AI with client infrastructure; be responsible for the technical part of complex client launches from discovery to production. - Team and engineering practices: mentor junior/middle developers by helping with task decomposition, architecture, and complex technical questions; conduct code reviews and improve team solution quality.

Required: - Python and backend: 4+ years of commercial experience, 1+ year in a product team. Solid knowledge of asyncio, queues, caching, concurrency. - LLM/AI: practical experience creating production functionality based on LLMs, not just using ChatGPT. Experience with: OpenAI API or other LLM APIs; prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, caching, and context management; embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows; testing and evals; understanding of production issues: latency, cost, rate limits, hallucinations, retries, and observability. - Integrations: confident work with third-party REST APIs, webhooks, and external services; ability to understand documentation; experience integrating with CRM, especially amoCRM and/or Bitrix24. - Independence and ownership: ability to take a vague business task to a working production solution, identify systemic issues, and help the team grow. Nice to have: - B2B/Enterprise implementations, highload and event-driven systems; - Personal AI projects and startup experience.
