Python Developer (Senior/Lead)

Senior/Lead Python developer for hybrid work in Moscow. 6+ years experience, full-time, 5/2 schedule.

Development and enhancement of backend services in Python. Participation in migrating the current solution to a new architecture. Integration with BI and visualization systems (Apache Superset). Working with databases. Building and deploying services (Docker, CI/CD). Participation in architectural decisions and choosing technical approaches. Interaction with analysts and other teams.

Strong backend development experience in Python. 4+ years in similar position. Good knowledge of SQL and understanding of data handling. Experience in API design and development. Experience with containerization and service building (Docker, CI/CD). Understanding of microservices architecture principles. Ability to analyze and improve existing code. Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), understanding of development processes, and teamwork. Responsibility for results, not just for written code. Experience with Jira, Confluence. Nice to have: Experience with BI tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau). Understanding of ETL/data pipelines. Experience with Kafka or other message brokers. Experience in migrations or refactoring of legacy systems. Experience in enterprise or integration projects.
