Google Ads brings revenue, Microsoft Ads needs to be grown into a separate channel. Over time, you can take 1-2 specialists and become a lead.

Requirements: • 5+ years in Google Ads in B2C with a large flow of clients. • Experience in US or European markets. • Large budgets under your management. • Smart Bidding, GA4, A/B tests. • Written English B2 (mandatory). Nice to have: Microsoft Ads, gaming or digital goods, team management experience.

Conditions: • Remote from any country. • B2B contract. • Bonus up to one salary every quarter. • 21 days of vacation, compensation for English and training. • 3 stages without a test task.
