5+ years in software engineering with hands-on LLM experience. Proven track record of training and deploying machine learning models. Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with knowledge of production-level serving. Understanding of production engineering principles — monitoring, debugging, and optimization. Intermediate English proficiency or higher. Nice to have: Experience with real-time video/audio inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems. Familiarity with ML infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP.
