AI/ML Engineer (Python)

AI/ML Engineer for document analysis solutions. Python, CV/OCR/NLP, LLM, RAG. Full-time, remote/hybrid/office.

Develop AI solutions for document, image, and text analysis (KYC verification), including Computer Vision (CV), OCR, and NLP. Select and adapt models for business tasks. Implement and develop RAG approaches. Integrate LLMs as an auxiliary layer. Develop inference pipelines and AI services. Prepare AI services for deployment and operations, integrate AI into products via API, gRPC, or other approaches, discuss architecture, collaborate with backend team. Support models in production, handle incidents. Work with personal and sensitive data, address security and AI-compliance requirements.

Practical experience developing and applying AI/ML models in applied tasks (ML backends, chatbots, ML assistants, or LLM-based systems). Proficient Python and ML stack. Experience with AI tools and libraries, including OpenAI SDK, Pydantic AI, ai-sdk, etc. Practical experience with Computer Vision, OCR, and NLP models. Knowledge of data handling, validation, data security basics, and compliance, especially in KYC and handling personal data. Experience with pre-trained models and open-source ML libraries, data processing and inference pipelines, fine-tuning, and adaptation. Basic understanding of integrating AI services into backend systems (APIs, message queues, relational databases). Experience developing and maintaining data processing pipelines and AI services in production. Experience with RAG approaches, embeddings, and similarity search will be a plus.
