Senior ML / AI Engineer

Senior ML/AI Engineer for AI features in high-load environment, building LLMs, fine-tuning models, onsite in Limassol, Cyprus. Competitive salary, bonuses, stock options.

• Own AI features from concept to production in a high-load environment. • Build and fine-tune LLMs, train specialized models, and integrate them into the platform. • Collaborate closely with product managers to define solutions and evaluate models. • Make informed decisions on build vs. buy for model deployment. • Monitor performance and iterate on models based on real-time feedback.

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on production ML/AI. • Hands-on with LLMs, including retrieval, structured outputs, and context engineering. • Proven experience in training models using production data (classification, recommendation, etc.). • Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with an understanding of GPU resource management. • Intermediate English proficiency or higher. ⭐ Nice to have: • Experience with real-time inference, content moderation, and recommendation systems. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (GCP). • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for backend integration.
