Senior ML / AI Engineer

Senior ML / AI Engineer for onsite role in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time. Competitive salary + stock options. Build AI features with LLMs, train/evaluate/deploy models, collaborate with product managers.

Own ML problems from concept to production, collaborating with product managers. Build AI features using LLMs and develop specialized models for various applications. Manage data collection, training, evaluation, and deployment under real load. Make informed build vs. buy decisions based on performance metrics. Monitor and improve models post-launch, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

5+ years in software engineering with hands-on LLM experience. Proven ability to train and ship models on messy production data. Strong skills in Python and PyTorch; efficient use of GPUs. Experience with production engineering, monitoring, and deployment practices. English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher. Nice to have: Experience with real-time inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems. Nice to have: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and machine learning infrastructure.
