Senior/Lead Product Designer for Yandex Lavka. Focus on developing the selection experience, building search and catalog architecture, and integrating AI. Office in Moscow.

Develop the selection experience. We will build a search and catalog architecture that organically combines the assortment of small Lavka, large Lavka, and stores along the way. Integrate AI. Last year we launched an AI assistant, and now we are thinking about how to develop it. The next step is to understand how to organically integrate its capabilities into the user journey.

Have a mature product school: be consistent, rely on data and research, be able to argue and defend your decisions. Appreciate the visual component and create aesthetic solutions. Be proactive: care about your product and team, initiate improvements yourself.
