Backend development: Build and develop the server side of our tips service on Python using modern frameworks (Django/FastAPI). Frontend development: Create user and admin interfaces on React, making them fast and convenient. Critical integrations: Set up and maintain integrations with banks and acquiring systems. We work with real money, which imposes high reliability requirements. Data handling: Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, write complex queries. Quality and reliability: Ensure correct handling of financial operations, write automated tests for critical scenarios, participate in code review and incident analysis. Architecture and processes: Participate in product architecture design and improvements to development processes, reducing technical debt. Support existing services on PHP, Node.js (potential transition to active development).

Commercial experience in Python development from 5 years. Backend: Confident with Django or FastAPI. Understand REST API principles and have experience designing integrations. Frontend: Practical experience with React, Vue.js, or another modern JavaScript framework. Willing to actively develop in the direction of React. Databases: Excellent knowledge of SQL and practical experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization). Write automated tests and understand how critical it is to cover financially significant operations (e.g., transactions, idempotency). Confident with Git and experience with CI/CD at developer level. Soft skills: Self-reliant, responsible, attentive to details, systematic thinking, and teamwork. Open to feedback and able to report risks timely. Will be a plus: Knowledge of PHP (support of existing services). Knowledge of Node.js (support + possible transition to active development). Experience with acquiring (big plus if in the tips sphere). Understanding of payment processing. Knowledge of frontend build tools. Experience with asynchronous tasks and message queues.

Salary from 250,000 RUB per month, before taxes. Full-time employment. Schedule: 5/2. Remote work.
