Senior Fullstack Developer (Python + React, Nodejs)

Senior Fullstack Developer for a tips service. Salary from 250,000 RUB/month, full-time, remote. Python, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL.

Backend development: build and support the server side of our tipping service on Python (Django/FastAPI). Frontend development: create user and admin interfaces on React. Critical integrations: configure and support integrations with banks and acquiring systems. We work with real money, requiring high reliability. Data: design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, write complex queries. Quality: ensure correct processing of financial operations, write automated tests for critical scenarios, participate in code reviews and incident analysis. Architecture: participate in product architecture and process improvements, reduce technical debt. Support existing services on PHP and Node.js (potential to move into active development).

Commercial experience with Python 5+ years. Backend: proficiency in Django or FastAPI, understanding REST API and integrations. Frontend: practical experience with React, Vue.js or another modern JS framework, willing to grow in React. Databases: strong SQL and practical PostgreSQL experience (schema design, query optimization). Write automated tests, understand importance of covering financial operations (transactions, idempotency). Confident with Git and CI/CD level. Soft skills: independent, responsible, detail-oriented, systematic thinking, teamwork, open to feedback. Nice to have: PHP, Node.js, acquiring experience, payment processing, frontend build tools, async tasks and message queues.

Salary from 250,000 RUB per month (before taxes). Full-time employment. Remote work. Schedule 5/2.
