Senior Full-stack Developer (React/Next.js + Node.js/Python)

Fintech holding with its own products is looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer (React/Next.js + Node.js/Python). Fully remote, full-time, agile decision-making; salary not specified.

We are a fintech holding with our own products and a strong team. We are actively growing and looking for a strong full-stack developer. What you will do: - Develop and evolve our products: frontend on React/Next.js plus backend on Node.js or Python - Design APIs and integrations with external services (payment providers, KYC, analytics) - Work with queues and asynchronous processes (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka) - Deploy and maintain services in Docker/Linux - Optimize performance and stability - Do code reviews and take part in architectural decisions

What matters to us: - 5+ years of commercial development, including real full-stack experience - Experience in fintech! - Confident React + Next.js (TypeScript, SSR/SSG, state management) - Node.js (Fastify, NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), at least one stack at production level - Docker, confident Linux skills - Queues: RabbitMQ, BullMQ or Kafka - Git and a clear working flow - Databases: ability to design a schema and write a proper query - Self-sufficiency: take the context and bring a solution Nice to have: - Your own team: if you come as a team, that's a big plus, we are ready to discuss it separately - CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) - Experience with high-load systems and microservice architecture - Mentoring or team lead experience
