Senior Full-stack Developer (React/Next.js + Node.js/Python)

We are a fintech holding with our own products and a strong team. Currently growing actively and looking for a strong full-stack developer. ▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Development and improvement of our products: frontend on React/Next.js plus backend on Node.js or Python ▫️API design and integration with external services (payment providers, KYC, analytics) ▫️Working with queues and asynchronous processes (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka) ▫️Deployment and maintenance of services in Docker/Linux ▫️Performance and stability optimization ▫️Code review and participation in architectural decisions

▪️What is important to us: ▫️5+ years of commercial development, including real full-stack experience ▫️Experience in fintech! ▫️Confident React + Next.js (TypeScript, SSR/SSG, state management) ▫️Node.js (Fastify, NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), at least one stack at production level ▫️Docker, confident work with Linux ▫️Queues: RabbitMQ, BullMQ or Kafka ▫️Git and clear workflow ▫️Databases: ability to design a schema and write a proper query ▫️Independence: take context and bring a solution ▪️Nice to have: ▫️Own team. If you come not alone, it's a big plus, ready to discuss separately ▫️CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) ▫️Experience with high-load systems and microservice architecture ▫️Experience in mentoring or team leadership
