Senior Data Analyst role at Utorg, a Fintech company. Focus on finance and regulatory reporting, building analytics from scratch. Fully remote, full-time position.

What you'll own: → The analytics foundation end to end from the data model up to the reporting layer → Finance and regulatory dashboards that stakeholders actually trust → Automated reporting workflows running on reliable, auditable pipelines → The standards themselves - data quality, naming conventions, processes. At least 5+ years in data analysis with finance analytics or regulatory reporting experience in payments, fintech, or banking Proven track record building analytics from the ground up — not just inheriting and maintaining what someone else built Strong SQL and hands-on BI experience Solid grasp of GL, reconciliations, cut-offs, and basic accounting principles Self-driven: you identify what needs to be built, propose it, and deliver it — without waiting to be asked English C1 (B2+ considered) Nice to have: payments or AML analytics background, CTR/STR reporting experience, degree in Finance, Math, or ComputerScience
