We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can design architecture, write optimal code, and implement models into the product. Combines DA/DS/DE skills. Location: Russia. Salary: 230,000 thousand.

Responsibilities: - Building mathematical models and selecting solution architecture; - Identifying growth points and "bottlenecks" of the product; - Conducting AA/AB/ABN experiments (including advanced variance reduction methods); - Maintaining the codebase, CI/CD, deploying projects to production; - Mentoring Junior/Middle, task assignment; - Presenting results and working closely with the business. Our stack: Python (PEP 8, OOP, PyTest) SQL (window functions, query plan, ACID, indexes) PySpark (Broadcast join, Spark UI) Viz: matplotlib, seaborn, plotly / BI Git, Docker, K8S, Grafana, Airflow

Key requirements: - Relevant education or strong ML/DA certificates. - DS experience from 3 years. - Knowledge of classical and advanced ML models (Bayesian models, PGM, RL). - Advanced hypothesis testing methods (bootstrap, parametric/non-parametric, multiple testing). - Experience with ETL/ETL pipelines, database design. - Product analytics: decomposition of business tasks, building proxy metrics. - Experience in mentoring and assigning tasks to colleagues. Nice to have: - Writing articles and experience speaking at conferences.
