Senior Data Analyst at Omega Solutions for a Fintech project. Remote work from Russia, full-time. Salary: 350K-400K net.

Project: Fintech Organization of data collection and annotation processes for training and evaluating AI agents; Development and maintenance of annotation standards (rules), quality control and consistency of annotations; Preparation and processing of datasets: cleaning, normalization, deduplication, sample formation; Analysis of AI agent performance and diagnosis of errors, identifying their root causes at the data level; Preparation of reports and dashboards on key quality and efficiency metrics; Participation in improving datasets and quality testing scenarios in collaboration with the development and product teams.

3+ years of experience; Experience with DWH in the financial technology (Fintech) sector; Programming skills in Python and basic knowledge in Data Science; Having a subscription to Claude/Cursor, etc., will be an advantage. Proficient in SQL (preferably Oracle dialect); Understanding of the architecture and principles of building corporate data warehouses (DWH); Flexibility and readiness to work with deviations from usual rules and established development traditions. AI tools play a significant role in the project, so we expect the candidate to be engaged in using these tools.
