RESPONSIBILITIES: Build the product's CRM system: • Design retention architecture. • Establish lifecycle communications. • Create automated scenarios. • Develop event-driven marketing. Work with retention and LTV: • Increase D1 / D7 / D30 retention. • Improve deposit frequency. • Reduce churn. • Re-engage dormant users. • Develop the VIP segment. Create segmentation: • Behavioral segments. • VIP segments. • Lifecycle segments. • Risk/churn segments. • Personalization. Launch CRM communications: • Telegram, email, push, in-app, SMS. • Bonus and game mechanics. Work with analytics: • Analyze cohorts, track retention/LTV, identify growth areas, run A/B tests, evaluate CRM mechanics effectiveness. Manage the CRM direction: • Establish processes. • Formulate a roadmap. • Participate in team hiring. • Collaborate with product/analytics/support/marketing.
