Retention / CRM Manager (iGaming)
Remote Retention / CRM Manager position in the iGaming industry. Management of user retention tools, gamification, personalization, CRM communications, bonus mechanics. 3-5 years of experience in iGaming required.
We are looking for an experienced Retention / CRM Manager in the iGaming sector for a fully remote position. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with high-value player segments. Responsibilities: * Management and optimization of all user retention tools and processes: * Gamification * Player personalization and segmentation * CRM communications (SMS, email, push notifications) * Bonus and loyalty mechanics * Evaluation and validation of the platform's current retention tools * Decision-making on improving internal solutions or integrating third-party services (e.g., Smartico) * Development of reactivation strategies for high-value players (VIP, whales) * Close collaboration with VIP Managers to increase player LTV
3-5 years of experience in iGaming (mandatory) Deep understanding of CRM and retention strategies Experience with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing Proven experience working with VIP and high-value players Analytical thinking and data-driven approach Excellent communication skills
